What a proper wash looks like
A rug isn't laundry. Every piece gets the same care we'd give our own collection:

Inspection
Fibre, dye and condition check before anything touches water.

Deep dusting
Years of embedded dust beaten out — the step machines skip.

Hand wash
Gentle pH-neutral shampoo, worked by hand. Never tumbled.

Flat air-dry
Dried flat and away from direct sun so colours stay true.

Final check
Groomed, rolled and wrapped before it comes home.
If you're not happy with how your rug comes back, we'll wash it again — free. And we'll always tell you honestly what a wash can and can't fix before we start.

Good questions
Is hand washing safe for delicate or antique rugs?+
Yes — it's the only method we trust. Every rug is checked for dye stability and fibre condition first, and anything fragile is flagged with you on WhatsApp before we proceed.
What should I send you on WhatsApp?+
A clear photo of the rug, its approximate size and your area are enough to start. Add a close-up if there's a stain or damaged spot you'd like us to look at.
How long does it take?+
Most rugs are back within about a week of pickup. We keep you updated on WhatsApp while it's in our care.
What if a stain doesn't come out?+
Some stains are permanent, but we'll always tell you honestly what's possible before we wash. And if you're not happy with the result, we re-wash it free.
Do you collect and deliver?+
Yes — we arrange pickup from your door and bring the rug back washed, dried and wrapped.
